If you receive the products or services you purchased, as stated, but you simply change your mind, we will offer you a refund. All you need to do is;

• Notify us within 14 days of receipt.
• Return the product unopened and in its original packaging at your expense.

We stand by the quality of our products.

If you receive your product and the packaging or seal is not intact or the product is damaged in any way, we offer a full refund – simply return the item at our expense, and you will be refunded the full purchase amount.

Our diffuser range carries a 12-month warranty from date of purchase.
